Shipping: Although we list Priority Mail as the shipping method when you checkout, there are a few caveats that will apply:

We use UPS if that seems faster or more secure (for high value shipments) unless you specify a special preference in your order comments. We want it to get to you safely. Any order containing dye will be shipped via surface mail (it is a flammable liquid).

Shipping charges depend on your order total:

Over $100	$10.25

Outside the United States and Canada, above rates + $10, plus $4 per $100 over $100. Unusually heavy items shipped overseas, we may contact you with shipping.

Books. Books can be quite heavy, and quite a bit more expensive to ship via Priority than our shipping rates. If so, we will use the slower Book Rate; it's not as fast as Priority Mail, but not too much slower. It also saves you a lot in shipping.

First Class - if your order is for a small, light item, we may change your shipping charge to $3 and send your order via First Class mail. This is almost as fast as Priority, and will save you on shipping charges. Tell us in your comments if you do not want this service.
