Gourd Glow

Gourd Glow adds the final touch to your project! This is an inexpensive and handy way to quickly add a sheen to your woodburned or dyed gourd.

Just wipe on, let it set a while, then buff to a semi-gloss shine! This silicone-based finish will give a beautiful sheen to your gourd. You can apply and buff immediately for a shine; however, the longer you can wait before buffing, the deeper Gourd Glow penetrates for a lasting finish.

On raw gourds, Gourd Glow enhances the beauty and depth of the "grain" (mold and other patterns), and on dyed gourds it deepens the color. Not a glossy finish (it looks like it when it first goes on, but softens in a few minutes).

Take this with you to shows and workshops for a last-minute "touch up" for your gourd. Gourd Glow is also a nice finish for leather goods.

In a convenient screw-top container, the sponge expands when you open it for instant application. Once the Gourd Glow is gone, you have a application sponge for your future projects.
