The first ¼" will drill a starter hole for the rest of the bit, which is a special cutoff surface! Yes, with the same bit, you drill directly into the gourd, then use the large cutoff section to cut directly through the gourd!
Comes as a set of 2, in standard Dremel sizes (1/8 and 3/32 inch), so they will fit your Dremel or other high-speed grinding tool.
The hole show in these pictures was cut in about 10 seconds, and this was a thick gourd. You can cut up to ¾ inch thick material. This bit is sharp and fast! These bits are precision made from special super hard Titanium nitride (TiN) coated HSS steel for heat resistance and long life.
